Held in person each February over six evenings across three weeks (18 total hours of instruction), this course blends classroom learning with exclusive, behind-the-scenes tours of some of downtown Chicago’s most iconic buildings. Expert instructors share firsthand insight into how commercial properties are managed, operated, and maintained.
