As part of the local TOBY application process, your team will first submit a written application. Your team will then host two to three judges at your building for a comprehensive inspection.
We will help you prepare for your own TOBY inspection by hosting a "mini-inspection" at 1 North Dearborn – a property that won the International Renovated Building TOBY in 2020.
You will be assigned to a small group inspection between the timeframe of 1PM to 5PM. The tour will last for 45 minutes and you will hear directly from a TOBY winning team about how they prepared for their inspection. We hope to see you there!
